“My husband and I we booked a room for our Anniversary and this place is so beyond what we had in mind/expected. They go above and beyond.Endless wine selection to chose from. The food was something out of it this world,and the service not to mention. Rooms very clean and the look was so very cozy and home like feeling. Spa was truly amazing and couldn’t get enough of it. The view was gorgeous and something you can easily sink in and just lose track of time.Easily transports you. Our complements to the amazing Chef. We are speechless when it comes to this place. It’s a MUST. They truly go Above and Beyond in every area/department. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back for more. Thank you Villa Orso Grigio.”

“Don't be fooled by the regular-looking exterior of the building (I'm talking about the restaurant next to the hotel with the same name), the inside is extremely pretty, with a wooden ceiling and fire crackling in the fireplace. The food is extremely good Italian. I'd call it classical Italian food with a special touch. The portions are extremely generous, even in the tasting menu. The service impeccable.”

“Nice hotel but definitely not a 5 stars one. 4 stars at most. Location is very good if you want a good spot for both leaving back to Milano area and for staying close to the Dolomite area. The room was nice but no air conditioning. Soap and shampoo are given in small plastic packs which is annoying. Breakfast is good - table service, not buffet.”

“Staff is amazing - the nicest people on earth, highly professional, and they make you feel like you're part of the family. We booked the basic room for 2 nights, but got upgraded to a Junior Suite with indoor Whirlpool, Sauna and beautifully decorated wooden floor - which we extended to 5 days. When whirlpool had a minor issue, we got upgraded again to an even bigger suite, with outdoor whirlpool and indoor Hamam. Breakfast in a dedicated room, or brought to the suite. They have an outstanding wine cellar underneath the normal basement - ask for a tour or tasting. The backyard offers a small park with water bassins, pavillons and various cosy hangout corners. The area itself is quite calm, but within 30-45 min you reach Meran, Bolzano, various castles, wineries etc. We enjoyed it during February, probably in spring/ summer/ autumn it's even better. Highly recommend!”
